As every J-B-J design is hand embroidered, It's possible to change the piece you'd like to buy and make it entirely your own. A different colour, less embroidery to lower the price, changes in size or length, just to name a few.

We offer this service for free, and only significant changes in embroidery will affect the price. Please note that customized pieces have a longer delivery time of four weeks.

J-B-J has a 14-day return policy: any unwanted items needs to be shipped within 14 days of receipt. After the product is returned you will be refunded. J-B-J will issue a full refund including the original shipping cost. The return shipping fee will not be refunded.
